A canvas can work in existing clones of a repository. When some of those clones had their origin over ssh and the repository over https (or the other way round), Obeya took them for clones of another repository: saving the configuration failed halfway, and the canvas did not load after the next restart. Now any form of the same origin counts as the same repository. A clone that really belongs to another repository is caught in the configuration dialog before saving, so it can no longer take a canvas down.
