Obeya's contributor instructions now say what the permanent documentation (docs/*.md and the design chapters under docs/design/) is for. It holds only what an experienced engineer would need to rebuild the software with the same features, however different the reimplementation would look. Agents use this to decide what goes into the docs and what stays out.
