When you share an agent's demo with the team, the agent now hears about it: that the page is online, its address, and that Obeya will put the link in the commit or pull request once the work lands. It also hears when sharing fails or when you stop sharing. So if you ask it right after sharing whether the link will reach git, it answers correctly and at once, instead of saying the demo exists only on your machine.
