Dependencies always visible on the canvas

Obeya used to show the waits between cards only while the pointer was on a card, so you never saw the whole picture. Now every wait is a thin grey arrow on the canvas at all times, from the card that comes first to the card that waits for it. Queued cards, workstreams and what they build on, snoozed cards and arrows drawn by hand all look the same. The lines run under the cards and stay quiet on a busy canvas. Pointing at a card still lights up its whole chain in orange.
