Deleting old demo frames no longer holds up the server

Obeya regularly deletes the frames of old demo renders to free disk space. It used to look through the demo directory in a way that stopped the server for up to a second, during which no page got an answer. It now reads the directory in small asynchronous steps, so the server stays responsive. Which frames are deleted, and when, is unchanged.
