Phone: the chat button shows work only when there is some

On the phone, the chat button bottom left carries a moving blue line while Obeya is at work. A question asked in a project's sheet goes straight to that project's agent, and Obeya itself never replies to it; the button took that missing reply for Obeya still reading, so the line stayed on for good. Now it waits only for the project agent's answer there, and the line shows only while Obeya really reads or a question still waits for its answer.
