An agent proposes the tags of a demo site

Demos on a shared site are filtered by tags, and so far each repository's tags had to be thought up by hand. A new button below the tags field starts an agent. It reads how the app is built and the repository's tasks, finished and open, with what their demos show. It puts a proposed set of tags into the field and says why. Nothing is saved until you save it, and one click brings back the tags you had before.
