Agents used to save every demo in ~/demos. Now each machine can set its own folder, for example /opt/work/demos, in the Demos section of the configuration, so no symlink is needed. If no folder is set, demos stay in ~/demos. A relative path is not accepted, because it would end up wherever the agent happens to be working. Agents and the demo skill follow the setting, and the card shows the demo from that folder.
