English terms pronounced properly in German demo narration

Piper, the default demo voice, used to read every word of German narration by German rules, so terms like "Feature" or "Branch" came out garbled. Piper and macOS say now get these terms respelt from a pronunciation lexicon that ships with the demo skill. A script can mark any other term with its spoken form, such as {Canvas|Kännwes}. Captions still show the normal spelling, and voices that handle English well, such as Qwen3 and the hosted ones, get the text as written.
