Quotation marks under the microphone follow the UI language

When you speak a command with a card open, a line above the microphone names that card while Obeya works out what you said. In the English interface it used to quote the card's title with German quotation marks („Export“). It now uses English ones (“Export”), and the German interface keeps its own.
