When a review of a pull request turns findings into follow-up tasks, those tasks are now started right away and wait in the queue behind the review. Once the pull request is merged, Obeya looks at all the tasks it freed together and decides which start now and which wait for which, so none starts blind to another it should build on. Nobody has to remember to start them after the merge.
