Obeya's look-ups stay out of the agent's work

When an agent passes a question on to Obeya while it works on a card, Obeya reads files (the plan, the repository) to answer it. Those reads used to show in the agent's working bubble and its history, as if the agent had done them. Now they fold under the answer Obeya gives, as that answer's history, so the agent's work shows only what the agent did. And when the answer arrives in the conversation you have open, it no longer pops up a second time above the microphone.
