Some teams keep their plans out of the repository, for example in a gitignored docs/plan folder. Obeya used to read plan docs only from what is committed on the main branch, so such plans never showed up as projects. The plan folder setting now also takes a full path on your machine: Obeya reads the plans there, and agents tick off their workstreams right in those files.
