On a canvas with a large archive, Obeya's server could stand still for several seconds whenever you came back to it or approved a card: checking the shared demo pages rebuilt the whole archive for every card it looked up. The archive is now built once per change and kept, so these checks take milliseconds and the canvas stays responsive.
