Demos that show real agents at work, such as the hero video on obeya.si, used to need a new agent run for every correction: about ten minutes, Claude usage, and a slightly different run each time. Now the first take records every agent, and retakes play that recording back on the current Obeya, with the live interface, its cards and its landing. A playback costs no Claude usage and comes out the same every time. If the agents' instructions or tools have changed since the recording, the playback refuses and says why, so the run is recorded again.
