Ideas wait for their agent's background jobs

An idea's agent can start a slow job in the background, such as downloading data it needs for the discussion. Until now the idea showed "your turn" as soon as the agent paused to wait for that job, and the job was stopped, so the promised result never came. Now the idea shows the agent at work until the job is done and the agent has reported back. Only then is it your turn.
