Proposals show their text formatted

A card an agent proposes is written in Markdown, with headings, lists and code. That text used to show as raw source, with hashes, asterisks and backticks. Now it shows formatted, the way the agent who takes the card on will read it. A click into the text opens the Markdown for editing, with the cursor where you clicked, and when you leave the field it shows formatted again. The text of a planned task works the same way.
