Mac window buttons centred in the bar

In the Obeya app on a Mac, the window's red, yellow and green buttons sat noticeably higher than everything else in the top bar. They now sit at the bar's middle, in line with the bar's buttons, the logo and the pinned navigation's heading. They stay there when the window is resized or comes out of fullscreen. The pictures show the app's top left corner before and after, with a line marking the bar's middle.
