Skills by “/” in the chat with an agent

Typing a slash in a card's conversation field now opens the skills that card's agent can use, as in Claude Code: the repository's own, your global skills, those of Obeya's plugin and the skills built into Claude Code. Typing narrows the list, and Enter or a click puts the skill into your message. The agent reads /name as a request to run that skill, so you can use skills without remembering their names.
