Next harness: GitHub Copilot, deferred

Obeya runs its agents on Claude Code or Codex. The next harness on the plan is now GitHub Copilot's CLI, connected through the open Agent Client Protocol, instead of opencode and pi. Copilot reaches developers whose company allows only Copilot. The same protocol would later bring other agents that speak it. It is deferred until someone asks for it: organizations have to enable the CLI first, and Copilot's monthly credits run out quickly under Obeya's long, parallel agent work.
