The buttons that remove a canvas, a repository or another machine from the configuration are now small waste bins instead of crosses, so they can no longer be mistaken for the dialog's close button. They appear only while the pointer is over their entry, which keeps the page calm; on touch screens they stay visible. The close button keeps a lane of its own at the top right.
