Phone: comments go out when you close a card from another canvas

On the phone, a comment left on a card used to stay unsent after you closed the card if that card was on a different canvas than the one you were talking to Obeya about. The comment only went out about ten minutes later, or after you opened and closed the card again. Now the card's agent gets the comment as soon as you close the card, whichever canvas the card is on. Cards on the same canvas as the conversation already worked this way and are unaffected.
