Phone: the keyboard stays open when you tap a misspelled word

On the phone, tapping a misspelled word in the chat input used to open the keyboard and close it again right away, leaving only Chrome's spelling suggestions. Now the first tap puts the cursor where you tapped and opens the keyboard. A second tap on the underlined word opens the suggestions, and the keyboard stays open. A long press still selects the word as before. The keyboard most likely closed because Chrome's suggestion menu opened while the keyboard was still coming up, and the first tap no longer does both at once.
