The project leaves the canvas: its plan doc is deleted, what it built and decided lives in the design chapters.

Harness, model and effort are set per group and per card, nowhere else (owner, 2026-11-05): the two levels cover what the owner picks in use, and each further level makes it harder to tell what a card will run on. Rejected: defaults per canvas and per project over the machine-wide ones; a recommended model per card, from a size estimate, shown beside the default.
Claude Code and Codex are the only harnesses (owner, 2026-11-05): there is no clear need for a
third one, nor for local models where no harness brings them. Should one be wanted, GitHub
Copilot comes first, through its CLI's ACP (copilot --acp), with the models the plan and the
organization's admin allow: it reaches developers whose company allows only Copilot, where
opencode's and pi's users overlap with Claude Code's and Codex's, and ACP would open the door to
other agents that speak it (opencode, Gemini CLI). Against it then: the CLI is off in an
organization until an admin enables it, usage-based billing (since June 2026, $19 of credit a
month on Business) is used up by a few long parallel cards, and whether ACP resumes a session
after a restart and reports the usage for the bar is unchecked.
