Until now, Obeya alone decided which task waits for which, when a task started. With this change you can say it yourself: hover near the middle of a card's edge, click the dot that appears, and click the card that has to wait. A task started afterwards stays in the queue until its prerequisite has landed, even if that one hasn't started yet. Arrows that would make two tasks wait for each other are refused, and an arrow can be removed from its trash button.
Draw dependencies between cards

Removing dependency arrows with Undo
Removing a dependency arrow no longer asks for confirmation: it goes at once, and the confirmation line offers Undo. When the arrow holds a queued task, the removal only takes effect once Undo has run out, so undoing never leaves that task started. Deleting a card hides its arrows, so they no longer block new arrows. Bringing the card back restores its arrows, except one that would make cards wait for each other forever.
