When a demo is recorded sharp, at twice the pixels, the browser's first frame can arrive seconds after the recording begins. The video then came out shorter than the recording: the picture ran ahead of the narration, the last sentence was cut off, and a demo with a single scene failed to render. Now the first frame that arrives is shown from the start, so the video is as long as the recording and picture and narration stay in step.
Sharp demo takes with a late first frame come out complete

A demo take starts once its first frame has come
When the browser's first frame of a sharp demo came seconds late, the video filled the gap with that frame, so whatever the demo did in its first seconds never showed. A take now starts only once the first frame has arrived, so the video shows the demo from its very first step, in step with the narration.
