Edit the text that goes onto a pull request before approving

Shared by Daniel Sadilek on November 2, 2026

When an agent reviewing someone else's pull request makes changes of its own, they go onto the pull request together with a comment, and only once you approve. That comment now has an Edit button: reword it yourself, save, and your wording is what gets posted. Text you typed but haven't saved survives closing the card, and approving takes it along. The agent picks up your wording, so a later draft of its own builds on it instead of overwriting it.
