Push-to-talk only in Obeya's window

The Obeya app no longer takes voice commands while another app is in front. That key sent a command to whatever was last open in Obeya, and from the other app you could not tell which canvas or card that was. Its setting, the floating panel and the macOS permission check are gone. Speaking to Obeya in its own window, by holding Space or the microphone button, works as before.
