The server no longer waits for git

Saving or checking the configuration, starting Obeya and restarting a repository's agents used to run git calls one after the other while the server answered nothing, so the board froze for up to several seconds with many repositories. Now git reads all repositories at once in the background and the server keeps answering throughout. The GitHub login for workers on other machines is fetched in the background too.
