When a review of a contributor's pull request is done but the author still owes an answer, the card no longer keeps asking for the merge. Its Later menu offers "Until <author> responds": the card leaves the list of what needs you, stays mergeable, and comes back by itself as soon as the author comments on the pull request or pushes. The agent then gets what the author wrote and reviews the pull request again.
