When an agent reviews a contributor's pull request, each finding on the card has its own choice: send it to the contributor, change it yourself, or make it a follow-up task. Agents used to ask in their handover as well how to go on with all open findings at once. That doubled the choices, and the question was too coarse to answer finding by finding. Now the handover leaves those decisions to the findings and keeps its question for whatever lies beyond them.
Reviews ask about each finding on the finding itself
