When review comments arrive on a card's pull request, Obeya passes them to the agent and logs a line on the card. That line used to be German on every Obeya. It now comes from the message tables, like the other PR lines.

The "After" lines are what the PR watcher's new test checks on the card. It switches a board from German to English while comments keep arriving. All 1,445 tests and the typecheck pass.
