Sharing no longer stalls the server on large canvases

After every start and after each share, Obeya asks each demo site which pages another machine withdrew or took offline. On a canvas with hundreds of shared cards it built each card on its own, several times over, and the server could stand still for seconds. Now one pass builds all shared cards together: five database reads instead of thousands, and well under a third of the time.
