Handover refused: "demo.page missing"

Funkuino, cards "PR #4: Fix remote root paths" and "PR #5: Feat library sort mode", 29 Oct

What happened

11:11PR #4 hands over with page: accepted afterObeya restarts for new code; the workers resume 11:40PR #5 hands over 4×, each time with title and text: refused, page missing 11:43PR #4 hands over 6×, each time with title and text: refused, page missing 12:01PR #4 tries once more, same call: accepted

The agents' session logs show the page was in every call. Obeya threw it away before checking for it.

Why

An agent's tools are fixed when its session starts. The page field is only part of them where the repository shares demos. Funkuino shares on your personal site because GitHub says it is public. After a restart, Obeya asks GitHub again, and until GitHub answers, the repository counts as private.

Restart: workers resume before GitHub answers. Tools without a page field
→
GitHub: "public". Repository now shares
→
Agent sends the page; the tool drops the unknown field; the check now requires a page and refuses

That explains the "since the restart": whether a worker hit it depended on whether it resumed before or after GitHub answered.

The fix

The handover requires a page only where the session's own tools take one. The two can no longer disagree.

A worker whose tools had no page field hands over without one. If you share that demo, Obeya writes the page text itself from the summary, as it always did for demos without a page. A new test recreates the case: the tools are built while the repository does not share, sharing begins, and then a handover with a page goes through. Without the fix, the same test is refused with "needs its page".

For the two cards

PR #4 got through at 12:01. PR #5 is still waiting on your answer: pick "Übergabe später nochmal versuchen". Once this fix is on main and Obeya has restarted, the handover goes through.
