On a canvas with several repositories, an agent working in one of them often notices something that needs changing in another: one drafting a launch post sees what the app lacks. Until now its proposal always landed in its own repository, so the card would have started in the wrong place unless someone switched it by hand. Now the agent names the repository where the change is to be made, and the proposal lands there; without a name it stays in the agent's own repository.
