An agent working in one repository often finds that the real fix belongs in another. Until now it could only propose a card in the repositories of its own canvas, so a fix for a repository on another canvas ended up filed in the wrong place. Now an agent can name any repository Obeya runs: the proposal appears on that repository's canvas, waits for the owner there, and says which task and canvas it came from, with a link back.
