When an agent proposes a task, its dialog shows the proposal beside a conversation about it. That dialog used to take its height from the proposal's text alone, so a longer conversation scrolled in a small box while the screen had room to spare. Now the dialog grows with whichever column is taller, up to the full height of the screen, just like the dialogs of ideas and tasks.
