The workspace pool opens on a click, not on hover

The workspace pool in Obeya's top bar used to open its list of workspaces as soon as the pointer passed over it, covering part of the canvas every time the pointer crossed the bar. It now opens only on a click or tap, like the usage limits and the bar's other menus, and closes on a click beside it, Escape or another click on the pill. The small triangle on the pill is gone too.
