A narrow triangle beside a card's start button opens a menu to pick another harness, model and effort for just that card, for example a Codex model with very high effort for one task while every other task stays on the usual setting. The menu checks what applies, and a plain start still takes one click. From the moment the card is started, its conversation names the harness, model and effort its agent runs on, and the bar shows what is left of every plan you are logged in with, so you can see Codex's limits before starting an agent there.
