On Windows, an Obeya started without a console window of its own opened a new console window for every program it ran. With Windows Terminal as the default, every git call flashed a window that took the keyboard focus, several times a second while agents worked. Now Obeya starts every program hidden. Programs meant to be seen, such as Explorer or the terminal for a login, still open a window.

No console windows on Windows: the last two places
On top of the contribution, installing the narration voice and playing voice samples from the settings now also run without a console window on Windows. The design doc describes the behaviour as it is now and lists the decision behind it: hiding windows is the default for every program Obeya starts, not an option at each call.
